Physically - this is a BRAND NEW unit. This device powers on and boots to the screen depicted (while connected via Ethernet). It seem to be locked by an unknown carrier. Unable to boot in to Android. Couldn't connect to WiFi. Settings are locked by a PIN (which is unknown), so they cannot be changed. Sold strictly for parts or repair. AS IS.
Comes with Remote Control (batteries are not included), HDMI cable and power adapter. Will come as depicted.
