This is a brand new sound system that got some shipping damage. We opened it up and tested the speakers along with head unit (receiver) and all works just fine, as it intended to be.
There is a side damage on the head unit. This damage doesn't affect functionality.
There are rear damage on housing and a chip (damage) on front decorative horizontal bar in front of the speaker.
Despite these damages speaker works normally. These damages are considered to be cosmetic imperfections only.
Due to the issues described above, and expensive shipping of this heavy item, no returns will be accepted. The item described at the best of our knowledge and all sales are final. It will be sold as is with no further returns accepted.
