We accept returns if:

1. We ship the wrong item.

2. The item is defective.

3. The item is not as described. All returns will be tested upon arrival by our highly skilled technicians to confirm the issue.
    Returns for any other reason may be accepted at our discretion and may have a 20% restocking fee applied.
    Returns for any other reason assume buyer's responsibility for return shipping.

4. Please ensure that you contact Customer Services and request a Returns Authorization before you send the order back to us.
    Returns which are not prearranged cannot be accepted.

5. If you wish to request a return, please ensure you contact us within 14 days of delivery.

6. Returns must be in re-sellable condition.

7. Accepted returns will be refunded by the method by which you paid within 2-3 business days.
